Balus Holden came up through industrial and residential construction — a lot of trades, a lot of job sites. Somewhere in there he figured out the part he actually loved: building things outside the house that people live around every day. So he made a name for it.
That name is Premium Perimeter, and it’s carried one rule from the start: we will never choose cheap over keeping our reputation.
