Premium Perimeter Company
The Builder Behind the Work
Balus Holden came up through industrial and residential construction — a lot of trades, a lot of job sites. Somewhere in there he figured out the part he actually loved: building things outside the house that people live around every day. So he made a name for it.
That name is Premium Perimeter, and it’s carried one rule from the start: we will never choose cheap over keeping our reputation.
Your vision. Our build.
Built on Integrity, Driven by Results
We don’t hand you a catalog. We start with what you’re picturing — a porch, a ramp, a staircase, a whole backyard — and we design it with you. Then we build it the way we’d build it on our own property: square, straight, flush, and welded by hand.
We bring a veteran’s work ethic to every job — show up, do it right, own it.
Since 2018, that approach has served homeowners, ranchers, and businesses across Texas, from Sweetwater out to the jobs worth traveling for.
What makes us different
We design like it’s ours.
Proportion, material, finish — how the black steel reads against the stained wood. Customers keep using one word for it: meticulous. We’ll take it.
We’re honest about money.
The quote is the price. No hidden fees, no surprise costs after. If something changes on the job site, you hear it from us first.
We stay in touch.
From the first sketch to the final walkthrough, you’re never left wondering where your project stands.
We work to your budget.
Unfinished or all-out, we build to what you want — not to the biggest invoice we can write.
What we’re building toward
Balus is building more than porches. He’s building a company that lasts — one that can thrive without him standing on every job site — and a name worth handing to his two sons someday.
That’s the long game behind the short answer whenever someone asks why the work has to be right: because it’s got our name on it, and we plan to be around a long time.
