Boat Docks & Waterfront
Water is the toughest place to build. Sun, waves, and constant moisture punish anything that wasn’t done right. A dock is metalwork that has to survive the worst conditions we work in.
- Marine-grade welding in-house
- Serving Sweetwater & statewide TX
- Permitting handled

A dock lives in the harshest spot on your property.
Searching for a boat dock builder in Texas or a boathouse construction crew? Every weld gets tested by moisture and movement, year-round — which is exactly why welding it in-house matters. We fabricate with MIG and TIG and finish for marine conditions, so the structure holds up instead of rusting out. A dock that’s cut corners doesn’t fail all at once — it fails one loose bolt and one rusted weld at a time, usually right when you need it most, mid-summer with a boat tied up.
Boat Docks & Waterfront, Welded to Last
A selective, permitted niche we take on where the project and location justify the trip — marine work is specialized, and we’d rather do fewer docks right than take on more than we can build to a standard we’re proud of.
Boat Docks
Fixed and custom-designed for your shoreline.
Boathouses
Covered slips and storage, built for constant moisture and sun.
Piers & Walkways
Safe, solid access to the water.
Shoreline & Bulkhead Work
Protecting the edge where land meets lake.
Marine Permitting
Handled as part of the project scope.

A Selective, Statewide Niche
Dock work is permitted and specialized, and we take it on where the project and location justify the trip — lakes like Nasworthy, O.H. Ivie, and E.V. Spence closer to home, and the bigger destination lakes statewide when the build is worth the drive. Every shoreline is a little different, and part of the quote is telling you honestly what your particular waterline and lake bed will and won’t support.
A dock lives in the harshest spot on the property, so in-house marine-grade fabrication isn’t optional — it’s the whole point. We’d rather turn down a job that isn’t scoped right than build something we wouldn’t want tied up to on our own lake. See our service area for the lakes and markets we currently travel to, and our about page for more on how we approach every build.
